The Eastern is a state-of- the art venue in the Dairies complex in the Reynoldstown neighborhood of Atlanta, located right off of the Atlanta Beltline. The venue boasts a multi-tiered floorplan which offers unrivaled sight lines, top of the line sound and lights, spacious floorplan, and rooftop which includes a covered performance space, bar, restaurant and open-air seating.Full-service bars are conveniently placed around the venue maximize flow, efficiency and patron experience. The venue has been designed with artists & patrons in mind, to provide the best live music experience possible.
The Eastern is not only a premiere concert facility, but also serves as a unique special event space for corporate meetings and other functions, award shows, galas, weddings, receptions, launch parties, trade shows, private events, and more.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our commitment remains to prioritize the health and safety of The Eastern’s fans, staff and artists. All patrons are required to show proof of full vaccination starting October 1, 2021. Face masks are also required throughout the show.
If you or someone in your group feels sick or is showing signs of COVID-19 including fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, etc. or has been in close contact with anyone confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19, we ask that you respect the safety of others and stay home.

For many events, you can sell your tickets to another fan or transfer tickets to a friend. To see if resale or transfer is available for your event, sign in to your AXS account and check for a Sell Tickets button or a Transfer Tickets button on your order.
You’ll also have the option to request a refund if your order qualifies. Sign in to your account to see if your order qualifies for a refund and how long you have to submit the request (typically there is a deadline for submitting requests online) If your event is cancelled, we’ll automatically refund the credit card used for purchase* (usually within 30 business days of the cancellation announcement).
If your event was rescheduled, your tickets will still be good for the new date. Simply arrive at the venue at the new date and time, and use your tickets to enter. You’ll receive the new event date by email, and you can also search for the event on AXS.com to see the latest info.
If you can't make it, don’t worry -- you have options. Check out our transfer and refund policy above.
Tickets can be transferred on AXS Mobile ID digital tickets. If the recipient has an AXS account, they will receive the tickets right away. Otherwise, they’ll need to create an AXS account to claim the tickets. And they’ll need the AXS app to use the tickets. Make sure the recipient accepts the transfer for the transfer to be complete.
